Bananas Diet Talk

I'm now on a experimental one week fruit detox (tested by a friend and supported by some "unknown" well known doctors but its experimental for me at least).

DISCLAIMER: Please do not and never try out this Fruit detox program written/mentioned in this entry/Blog. Please consult your family doctor for a "tailored made" detox program should you wish to detox.)

Today's menu is BANANA for lunch from NTUC FAIRPRICE and PAPAYA for dinner from THE WET MARKET! No I'm not killing myself. Just needed to clear all rubbish out of my stomach. Anyway by day 3 I get to eat fish. Hummm... I think so... LOL

Back on shoot tomorrow, rehearsal the day after for my performance on 20th Nov. Then after that rehearsals for my new singing gig that's happening on 2nd Dec, follow by spring cleaning, another few shoot, lazing around, FB-ing, then endless X mas & new year parties and gatherings.

I hope I can do something special for my dearest friends this year. Really need to thank them for sticking with me through thick and thin over the years.

For my family, coming Chinese New year, I may bring mom and papa to pull the handle of their favorite jackpot machines. The mini Divas will get nice school bags and as for my bro and sis- in law, I expect 2 angbaos from them... HEE HEE

Gosh .... How can I forget the coming Club 21 sale?? (Please let there be one..)

I gotta get back to my half eaten bananas. NOW....

Random Thoughts: No country for old cat.

Flowers bloom under good care of the gardener. The basis of gardening is sunlight, water, soil and love. My mom once told me that our old neighbour's flower plant blossom because he tied red ribbons around the branches. He also told us that plants have feelings. If one truly take care of it sincerely with love, it'll grow and do well. If not, even given the best soil and sunlight, the plant will not live long. It'll turn yellow, dry up and eventually die off.
I guess thats why my tree and plant died on me. I didn't love and took care of them enough. Maybe they felt that I lack of sincerity.

I love being around trees. Someone told me I never get to walk in a park because I never woke up early enough. LOL Odd enough, even when I woke up early I would never get to walk in the park. For 5 years, I've been dreaming of visiting the orchid garden at botanic garden, a visit to CCK farm mart and go cycling at Ubin. Strangely I never got to anywhere. Yes I know, all because I only dream and wait. So to make up for this, I'm gonna do it. Not just gonna sit and wait and just dream. First of all I am gonna enjoy my walk at the green belt near my house.

No seriously I've been having fun! Karaoke sessions, BBQ, playing kiddy games with my 2 mini divas(nieces), brought mom out for dinner and spending time with my friends.
Looking forward to work tomorrow! This is life!!

Looks like I'm gonna do another singing gig soon. Not too sure yet as this gig may crash with my other up coming work. But I guess I can work things out and get both my pieces of strawberry cake with peanuts on the side. Oh well we shall see what happens tomorrow!

Its quiet in the house today and I'm enjoying it. The mini divas are out with my mom. Hummm... Mom hardly gives me attention these days... (YES I'm Jealous) Guess what? She bought a bicycle for the mini divas! SO UNFAIR! As a child, I remembered I begged her for years and all she said was, "Its so dangerous! What if you get knock down by a car? ".
Not that as an adult now I can't pay for my own bicycle but its just not fair.... So thats the reason why I haven't got myself a bicycle till this day. I just didn't wanna upset her. Okay okay I admit again, I'M A GREEN EYE MONSTER!! Hahahaha

Slice of my life: The aftermath of mini concert

Hello! I hope and wish you in good health as you are reading this. I'm good, a little tired that's all. My mini concert was a blast. Its really fun to "trap" so many good friends in a space to hear me screaming out my bathroom songs. We all had fun.

Just 2 days after my mini concert, my twin bro Will had his surgery done at the hospital. He even "escape" from the hospital just to join me and crews of the concert for dinner and we all eventually ended up at Blowfish for drinks after that. Just 3 days before the dinner my mom was warded for 2 days for medical reasons. Then in between, my bro Rey the stylist, had his toe removed due to infection. Gosh, I know this sounds complicated and confusing. Thankfully everyone is back in pink of health. Bro Will is partying again, Bro Rey is resting well at home and my mom is already planning her mahjong session for the coming weekend.

That's not all, I had a small accident last night at home. I stepped on the fluorescent light on my bare feet..... OUCH! Thankfully its just a small cut. LOL

GOSHHHH...... BroB gave me the wrong flight details so I didn't have the chance to give him the "red carpet style" homecoming at the airport that I had planned... ARRGH... My bad too I should have make time to double check his flight details. Anyway, I'm glad he's back. There's no place like home.

Hello! Thank you for dropping by.

I've been really busy lately as lots of real life dramas have been on going. I always thought chaos is good because it gives me a chance to re-organize my life and a big possibility of bringing it to a higher level. There's always room for improvement. One will never move up when one keep walking on the flat ground as it may take you far but not high.

Nah I'm never bothered about minor setbacks because I think they are the distractions and may cause depressive illusions to whats bigger and better ahead for me. Dramas are good. A test to one's ability to problem solving. So instead of sitting aside to cry or standing on the spot to whine while doing nothing about it I'm gonna get focus of what needs to be done in order to get what I want.

So how many days more to my very mini concert? Let me count the days..... LOL
See? There's always still fun stuffs around. I'm not gonna overlook the goods thats already in my life.

I've been very very busy as I have so many things going on. Preparations for my "mini concert", Chinese drama shoot, photo shoot, family, friends and lots lots more.

Guess what? A vacation is "in talks" now too.. Hopefully it'll be at least for one week this time. Yes, planning to get back to Tioman island again. LOL

Talking about vacation, I haven't done my big vacation for a long long time. My China trip early this year doesn't count as it was for work. (Spent most my time on set and hiding inside my hotel room.) Two Tioman trips this year were made for friends. So NOT counted!! LOL

Hopefully I'll get to travel to either China (again) or Japan later this year. Of course if I can afford I would very much prefer to fly to Egypt, South America, Easter Island or Jordan. Oh well , hope I get lucky by getting more paid jobs or win lottery. Or at least let me fly to India please so that I visit the Red Fort and be on a Bollywood film set......

I'm feeling very motivated after my rantings/fantasizing/dreaming here. LOL
I shall work hard and I'll make sure I get to play very hard too! This is life! Oki I shall get back to work now. CHEERS!
