I just got back from Bangkok 2 nights ago. I was there on business for 6 hectic days. Okay I admit, half the time I was shopping.. :P lol
I haven't been to BKK for 5 years. So much has changed. This is my first time shopping in Bangkok without buying shoes. I guess my legendary BKK (Bangkok) shoes days were over. Anyway shoes in Bangkok are not that cheap anymore. But thats not the point. The thing is the quality is really bad. Anyway, during the GSS I've gotten myself 6 pairs of CK and a pair of D&G. :P That's enough to last me till Xmas and even Chinese New Year. I'm surprised I managed to get myself a few tops and dresses in BKK because usually I have no luck in that as the "cutting" are not likely to fit me.
Work was good there. The Thais are really professional in their jobs. Got everything done on time on target and that's the main point.
Now I'm looking forward to my next trip to Taiwan in November. I've never been to Taiwan before. I'm hopping to spend 2 weeks there. 3-5 days for work and the rest will be leisure. I hope to visit my friends too.
I maybe visiting Vietnam in October too. Crossing my fingers... I hope to get that project so that I could immerse myself with Vietnam coffee in the beautiful Saigon's countryside.
