Work Out! I Gotta Really Work Out!

I really got to renew my gym membership..... Shame on me! I haven't been to the gym since I got back from Los Angeles. Two years! What was I thinking? Okay, maybe I did went twice or thrice, but this is still not good enough for me to burn those fats on my belly from those late night supper.

I have been so well fed that I could hardly recognize myself at the mirror. This explains the reason why I haven't got myself a full length mirror in my room. I feel disgusted when I get into the lift/elevator each time I leave my house after dolling up for functions and events because my image reflection from the cold steel and metal kills me each time when I look at it.

No, its not all about looking good in the physical way but rather, I thought I kind of look unhealthy and I do feel that my energy level has somehow gone down. It seems to take me more effort to do everything and anything these days. This is not right....... Not good too.

For the past 3 weeks I gave up supper, cut down on my caffeine intake and yes I love milk in my strong coffee, lots of it. Also I've stopped eating dessert.... Okay , I'm still having it I admit but I've cut that down to once every 2 weeks which is very reasonable for any healthy human being wannabe like me.

Sugar makes me grouchy... An article from Reader's Digest I read years ago suggested that white sugar increases the process of aging by as much as 7 times. But I LOVE DESSERT......
Pinna Cota, Sofiato, Gelato, Poached Pears in Wine, Tiramisu and that good old fashion fresh cream sponge cake with fresh strawberries on top and peanuts on the side!!! Sinful yet deadly yummy!

Enough said. First of all, I need to start to summon all my energy and move my fat butt to the gym.... LoL
